Not treated as Premier Member Room had large hole in curtain Toilet was unset and rocked Broken ironing board was up against the mirror Lighting over sink was dim Shower floor disgusting Drawer in bedside table had no bottom Pool had greased film on the surface Dirty sticky tables and sad breakfast
