The carpet in my room was very very dirty & smelled horrible. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The air conditioner was missing several degrees it went from 70 to 59. Very disappointed. I usually have a good experience with Comfront Plus.

it looked like it had not been cleaned since the hotel was updated. The bed linens were dirty. The toilet was filthy, the bathtub was so dirty I didn't want to shower in it. The whole outside of the microwave was as sticky as a post-it note. I could've stuck a note to the outside of the microwave.

Room 125 is supposed to be an ADA room. The threshold into the room and into the bathroom both had "lip" of about 1/4 - 1/2 inch, making it difficult to get into or out of each in a wheelchair. Additionally, the threshold into the bathroom was broken and when the wheelof the wheelchair hit the broken spot, it got stuck. The towel rack was falling off the wall, the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned after the last guest or even longer. I will not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
