Never Again

Dirty, run down. I stayed Thursday through Sunday night without air conditioner working. They came up and looked at it and said they would adjust my bill. My bill for 4 nights was 623.00 dollars and they took off 20.00 dollars I will never stay there anymore.

I usually like Quality Inn just fine but this location needs to be cleaned up.

This hotel was filthy. It was so gross that I didn't want to touch anything. The fellow at the front desk was extremely slow at checking in. There were only two of us in the lobby. I was the second of the two and it took about 30 minutes to get checked in.
