This stay was frustrating and left me questioning why I’d ever book here again. I reserved a full week, authorized the full amount, and was still hit with extra daily charges and told I’d lose my 10% multi-day discount if I left early—even though I was transparent about possibly leaving early when I checked in. There was no clarity on billing, no housekeeping offered or even mentioned (which is unusual for a Diamond member), and the overall communication felt careless. It feels like I was penalized for being upfront, and the experience didn’t match what I expect from this brand.

Poor customer service, lack of staff, no towels available when asked for 1 extra (apparently in the whole hotel there was not 1 extra?) went to the front desk multiple times and no one was there. lobby area not cleaned room was good but the service is what resulted in the lower score
