I love the staff.

When i arrive i had an african american male yelling at me through the second glass window telling me there closed so i had to yell back telling him that i had a reservation and that my room was already paid for so he yelled for me to hang on then this beautiful lady came to check me in she stated that the room i reserved in which it was a double bed was giving to another person and that she will give me a room with a single bed. i specifically paid for a room with double beds and i got a room with a single bed in no way did the lady tell me i will receive any compensation for receiving a room with a single be, i didn't argue with her because i needed somewhere to stay i will never ever stay at this hotel when i come to visit Chicago you do not treat people the way i was treated the man that was there has no education when it comes to business, i have no idea why he was there the lady addressed me very nice and professional but i was cheated, i paid for something i did not receive.

location is dated and in need of some maintenance for that price point. water damage on walls and ceiling causing paint to chip onto floor. table leg is falling off. mattress needs to be replaced, there is a huge indentation where one would sleep.
