We are a 100 NON-SMOKING HOTEL. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited throughout the facility, including guest rooms, balconies, outdoor terraces, and pool area. Smoking or tampering with a smoke detector at the Radisson Blu Aqua Chicago will incur a 500.00 fee.
An excessive cleaning fee of 300.00 will be charged if the room is left in poor condition. Please note that the Radisson Blu Aqua does not permit balloons, confetti, rose petals, or candles in the room.
Each guest room allows a for maximum of four guests, all of whom must be registered with the front desk. A nightly fee of 25.00 per additional person applies to reservations exceeding double occupancy.
A 150.00 USD nightly authorization will be placed on your card at check in. It take 5-7 days after your departure date for the funds to be released from your bank. Those funds will be unavailable during that time when using a debit card and we encourage you to use a credit card.

Guest has to be at least 21 years old to check in. Valet Parking is available by a third party vendor with in and out privileges at 80.00 USD per day.
