Dead cricket on the floor in the bathroom and the sheer curtain had tears in 2-3 places.

My room was not cleaned, there was lose nails on the floor, the ceiling above the spa had water damaged and looks as if it was going to fall, the tile around the spa was broken lose, couch was falling apart... the room next to us was partying until 3 a.m and smoking weed in the hallways with the staff.... felt very uncomfortable.

Lobby was clean and well maintained. Our room was very clean, bathroom was in excellent condition, water was hot quickly and bed comfortable. Temperature was easily adjusted and room comfortable. Plenty of parking. Motel was undergoing a freshening up with painting being done, perhaps other work also, don't know as we only stayed there one night. Breakfast didn't have as many choices as some hotels and it was hot and adequate with waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, 3 cereals to choose from, coffee, tea, juices and fresh apples. The pool is outdoors which we didn't use. Being a Choice Hotel member we had a great rate. Third time in past year we've stayed here in past year. Expectations: this isn't a 3 or 4 star hotel, it is a very good hotel within its class.
