The hotel was extremely humid throughout. The room I stayed in had water damage from the shower. The shower head sprayed from a leak into the ceiling and then the floor between the shower and toilet. My room also had black mold on the ceiling next to the vent. I had a training there and the room we had didn’t have any air conditioning. No vending machines and the sundry was too expensive.

It looked nice in the lobby and on the outside. But the room was very dated. Carpet coming up, stains on walls, no shelf in the shower to put shampoo and soap on which was weird. I’m tall and the shower head was really low. Overall the room was clean and the towels and sheets were nice. Overall it just neeeee updating and my feeling is that I could get better value for my money elsewhere. The staff was nice however and that goes a long way.

It was filthy dirt, all the common area carpeting wasnt vacuumed in the 3 days we were there. It was full if debris when we arrived with flies everywhere, and all the same debris was there when we left. All the furniture is covered in filthy slip covers. No one cleaned the pool area, closing times werent observed so the rooms over looking the pool were party central. The floor in the elevators is cracked and dangerous. My shower still had previous guest's soap and shampoo. Think all they do is change sheets between guests. Signs said they were under construction, however doubt that its just an excuse to be in really bad shape. Phone did not work, wasnt connected. Minimal staff that had to leave front desk to take care of other issues. Air conditioning in conference area did not work. No office center.
