I reserved 2 rooms on the top floor a year ago. When we arrived only one room was on the fourth floor and the other was on floor three. The family upstairs from our room kept us awake all night and started again at 6 am. We complained to the front desk, to no avail. The fourth night we were finally switched to a room on the top floor. Why wasn’t anything done sooner? Unacceptable for the price we paid. Anger doesn’t describe our feelings on the matter. We were paying customers, why weren’t we treated like the family upstairs. We will never stay at this hotel again. Ridiculous.

It was a quiet hotel and in a convenient location. The air conditioner in our room did not work well, and we were all up a lot through the night because it was so warm and stuffy in the room. Breakfast is nothing too special, but we expected that.

Great service, friendly staff, nice room for the price, great location . Would have been a 10 if you would take care of trash at the entrances better, trash cans always overflowing in the morning
