Although the reception person was pleasant enough, the accommodations were sorely lacking. The pool was out of order with no explanation. My initial room had no fire alarm. My replacement room had no TV reception. The appearance of the rooms was outdated, dark and showed obvious signs of wear and tear. Fire safety codes need to be enforced rigorously and upgrades are needed to be competitive.

This place is a dump. There are many other places close by from which to choose. I wish I had. Poor AC - had to set on 68 to get slightly cool, my feet stuck to bathroom floor, no trash can in the bathroom, poor lighting - no light on one of the nightstands, rickety and filthy elevator with sticky floor, out of order signs on ice machines, atm machines; no creamer for the coffee on Monday morning- desk clerk told me they didn't deliver it and offered me the powdered packet that comes in the to go package. The only reason it wasn't a 1 is because the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful.
