The minute I walked into my room I went to put things in the refrigerator & small cockroach crawled out. I then started unpacking & 2 more larger ones were in the bedroom and a spider in the bathroom. The heavy plastic curtain had previously melted to the window. It was damaged & the melted parts were still stuck to the window. The lampshades were old and cracked as if they'd been squished causing the cracks. The bathroom had issues with maintenance on the walls obviously not being addressed. The room was clean. But there were yellow stains on the sheets that obviously didn't come out in the wash. Breakfast was a joke. The cereal holders were empty. No plates or silverware. The ONLY thing to eat was make it yourself waffle...& I'm not even sure there was syrup to put on it. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the staff (they were great) & it was right off the highway. Side note: I think it's interesting that in the last part of this survey it says it will share "some" of the survery with ChoiceHotels. That's shady. They should know the entire truth of the surgery or at least tell in the surgery to us what parts are being left out. The parent company should know how bad anything is that is affiliated with their brand image.

There were flies everywhere, the sheets were dirty, and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner! There was a smell in the room almost like dirty mop water and the tv barely worked… I didn’t even stay at the hotel all night I checked out very early and wish I would’ve gotten my money back. Never again!!
