My toilet was wobbly , a piece of wood was against the wall that has been broken off. Dead bugs in the bathroom, Shower wasn’t that clean. Spider webs here and there! It could’ve been a lot better. Pool was dirty and chairs. My room smelled like mildew.

The room was hot and stuffy, the conditioner and shampoo was almost empty. I left money in the room, the staff never called me, 3 hours had passed. When I returned they kept telling me nothing was found in the room. After being firm and continuously explaining that I was certain my money (1,000) was left in the bed. The staff member eventually called a man and he brought the money (1,000) .
They were the owners/ managers
