We saw roaches in our room within 10 minutes of us going in. I took one down to the front desk and the man on duty confirmed that it was a cockroach. They offered to move us to the room next door. We declined and asked for a refund, that was denied. The young man at the desk called the manager again, and again, a refund was denied. We left the hotel and went to the Hilton. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and will call Choice Hotels Monday morning.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a budget hotel.
