The lock was broken but they did come fix it. And the other people kept fussing and standing by my door. But the room was nice and the people were very friendly

The person at the front desk desk was rude. Also refused to book a second night there due to not having "paperwork" for my service dog.

Outstanding customer service!!!!
Mainly because of the sweet lady ( I forgot her name 🤦🏼♂️) at the front desk at my time of check in! She went out of her way to make things happen for me! She went above and beyond, and I appreciate it!
