Limited Handicap parking, Very noisy from the traffic. There were 🪳 cockroachs by the sink.

I was told if the lock don't work with the key, just hit it twice and it would work. There were stains all over the couch. The bedding was nasty I did not feel safe in this hotel

The bed, TV, microwave & refrigerator were fine. The bathroom was downright scary. I realize this property is ancient, but the bathroom door was a mess. Paint peeling and doorknob broken. The toilet was an elongated and very low to the ground model, but it had a round seat. Very strange… Tile in the tub was moldy. Pool was missing and the 6:30 wake-up from the rooster crowing was surprising from a downtown location. I had to have my access card reprogrammed 3 times during my stay because it wouldn’t work consistently to open my room. Linens were excellent and staff was friendly. I was just embarrassed to have my friends who were at the same convention see even the parking lot of where I stayed. I knew I had signed a no refund waiver. And after I saw the location, I realized why you needed that guarantee.
