Remote for tv didn’t work. Needed to get two keys that worked for the door Room was clean and breakfast well done.

There were bugs all over the floors and walls in the hallways and stairwells. The bathtub was chipped and badly discolored. Paint and paneling were peeling all over. We got a room with a sleeper sofa and when we went to go to bed, the sofa bed had nothing on it not was there anything in the room. We had to ask for linens and go down to the front desk when all we wanted to do was sleep. The ice machine is broken but there’s a small cooler in the lobby with ice to take, if it’s not all melted. Definitely outdated and obviously nobody cares about it, the vibe from the employees gives that if the quality of amenities didn’t!

Deferred maintenance throughout the hotel. All Ice machines broken with a note saying to go to the hotel next door to get ice!! I told the front desk they should go buy a cooler and some ice to have available for Guests!
