Dirty room (dirty bathroom/stains in tub, filthy used sheets and food behind the sofa in the first room, occupied/naked sleeping customer in second assigned room (223), and third room (215) seemed ok until I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the bed side only to find a stained red paper napkin. Not sure what the red substance was. After being assigned 223, I asked the lady to issue me a refund and I’d go to another hotel and was told she couldn’t do that. Also, the hotel elevator and 3rd floor smelled like “weed” (cannabis). It was horrible! I was told to call customer service, so I did and opened a case! This experience was totally unacceptable.

The shuttle to hotel smelled of marijuana, the room smelled the same. I didn’t sleep and kept waking up about every 30 minutes. Worse place I’ve ever stayed.
