Elevator was out of order. The ac in the room didn’t keep the room cold enough.

Upon arriving to check in the very first thing that I think is absolutely ridiculous is having to sign a Incidental Waiver that is $250 if any damages incur during your stay as if this is a 5 star hotel. The next thing is the elevator was out of order so I had to take the stairs to my room. Thank God I was just only on the 2nd floor. The 3rd thing is when it was time for me to go to sleep in my bed something started biting me it was absolutely nonstop I scratched the entire night. I woke up the next morning with big red bumps on my legs, arms and stomach. I’ve had to take an antihistamine to calm down the itching that I still have. I absolutely will never stay in this hotel again. The room I was in was 212, please throw those mattresses away and get new ones those rooms need to thoroughly sanitized and the carpet needs to be pulled up as well. I’m sure there are all kinds of dust mites and other allergens on it.
