Elevator smells like urine and vomit. It’s unsafe in the area clearly, can’t even access the MOTEL lobby after 7pm. It’s just gross. If the price point was appropriate at $50-60 per night, I never would have considered stopping to sleep there at 1am. Booked online at 11:30pm, just too tired to drive through the night. I was unfamiliar with the area at $120 I thought it would be decent enough just for myself to sleep a few hours. Pillows are 12x12??? Throw pillows. Had to walk back down the stairwell to get my own pillow out of the car.

After a terrible day of breakdown after breakdown in a semi truck and having to sit in a truck with no A/C for hours all I wanted to do was go to my room and shower up and head to bed.But as soon as I get to the hotel,I waited for the person behind a desk to check me in it was about 4-8 minutes before they showed up to check me in,but they were being difficult. They scanned my ID,took my name down than when I went to pay with my company debit card they couldn’t take the debit card because they said “it doesn’t have your name on it so I can’t take it” and I replied “it’s a company debit card they come like that” so they reply “ I’m sorry sir but that’s policy” so I told them “ my money is on here I have enough for the room and I don’t have cash do you have an atm in the lobby” so the clerk replies “no but there’s one down the street at the gas station” so instead of taking the company debit card they make me walk all they down the street with my suitcase to pull out money for an atm all because they didn’t want to take the debit card and because it’s “PoLiCy” and the time was already 8pm I had been up since 3am working I will not be staying at this hotel branch again because other hotels accept this debit card with no trouble
