Room#226 1. AC was not maintained well. It has molds on the vents. We got sick the day next. 2. The keys does not work. I had to reach out to the front desk twice. Eventually got it resolved only when using the additional key that the front desk team member has. Please correct these before assigning this room to other guests.

Very outdated, pool pump and heater system not working the whole weekend so it was stagnant and unhealthy yet left open for numerous children and adults to be in every day even after we informed staff multiple times! Doors poorly maintained and not easy to open or shut. Just a poorly maintained and sloppy run Hotel

We had a giant patch in the middle of our tub that was coming up. And the tub floor was cracked. Water kept running under the tub. Lots of unfinished work in our room and bathroom. Rooms and hallway smelled.
