Musty. Nasty. Worst quality inn ever. Needs all rooms redone

Our stay was horrible! Our first room we had to basically kick in the door because the handle was falling off! (Plus it smelled really bad) For our second room, Every time we left the hotel our key reset. We stayed for 9 days and had to get keys multiple times a day. When raising concerns 2 of the staff members blamed myself and my wife for the keys not working. Uday even yelled at my wife and threatened to kick us out when she questioned him about the keys. Yes she was annoyed, but she wasnt name calling etc, she was tired and wanted to get in the room we were paying for... He blamed us and called my wife a "Trump Supporter", which if you know my wife is the worst thing you could call her. Her being annoyed having to get new keys sometimes multiple times a day is reasonable, especially given she works from 4am to 9pm most days. Upon speaking with the manager via phone, he stated he would come by the next day, which he failed to do. We will not be staying her again due to the unprofessional nature of the staff, the inconvenience to the guest, and overall lack of value for our money.
