Room could be cleaner
The sheets were smelling a bit funky and on top of the shower/bath still had a used bar of soap which seemed like it was from a previous guest. It wasn't even one of the choice soap. Check in person also needs to explicitly tell guests what amenities is provided like breakfast and the time for breakfast. Also recognize choice members.

You just need to clean more
The room was ok they were a bunch of nats in the room tho and they were nat eggs all in the top of the microwave so it made warming up food difficult
