VERY DISAPPOINTED
We got there went to a room went back outside for a little bit came back to take a shower and it was water all over the floor. I have to have a wait, then get a new role. It was late so I called the front desk and asked a gentleman since I am a gold member. Can I get a 1 o’clock check out cause it was so late and everything he said yes so the next morning the front desk lady who said she was a manager called at seven something in the morning and said that we couldn’t get a late check out past 12 o’clock and I said I’m a gold member. She got a nasty attitude after that then they started knocking on the door at nine something in the morning talking about housekeeping I was not treated like a gold member whatsoever. I was treated like I was a female off the streets coming in to get a room. Somethings got to give.

Disappointed in room cleanliness
1st room air conditioner was not working well and we were moved to a another room quickly at 8:30 pm but the hair all over the bathroom floor was gross and it smelled strong like fabuloso cleaner in the room that it messed with our sinuses and up ended with a sore throat before surgery at 7am. The new room AC was not any better. Beds were comfortable though. Disappointed in stay.
