The hotel campus was very spacious and welcoming and the quality of the room was awesome . Pricing was very reasonable I look forward to staying again

First they did not put me in the room i paid for the receptionist claimed "1 double bed room meant one bed in the room", after some arguments they told me the only available rooms were smokers rooms which again was false, the rooms were not choice hotel standards in my opinion, the mini fridge was not working, i had no microwave in my room and the manager promised to provide me one which he never did, i checked in on Friday and left on Sunday and the microwave never came plus i am a non smoker given a smokers room with my kids... i was really disappointed in the hotel provided. to me this is the lowest standard of a hotel i had ever visited with choice hotels and worst off the A/C keeps cutting out. in all this is the first time i did not really enjoy my hotel stay through choice hotels
