My stay was terrible! So come to find out an employee had me withdraw cash and had me pay cash for my deposit. The very next day I was told the hotel didn’t take cash! I was was charged a fee but Terrance did make it up by giving me my room for free. He handled it very professionally in a timely manner. I stayed 2 more days paid full price and deposit fees and I have yet to receive my deposit back for $160 it sucks I put my trust in this hotel after what happened I still stayed a few more nights! I’m a choice member and had 1,000 choices especially in downtown. But for it to take this long to give my money back and the other incidents I won’t be staying here or recommend absolutely nobody to this hotel besides Terrance this place is poorly ran and are crooks!

Room was clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful with a billing error.

The room was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast, but unfortunately we had a safety concern that made it very difficult to feel comfortable staying here. At 1 in the morning, someone used a key card to unlock our door and was able to access our room. We had the deadbolt in place so they were not able to enter, but it was deeply uncomfortable that someone was given access to our room at that hour of the night. We did not feel comfortable leaving the room to see the front desk and ended up barricading our room shut with the chairs to prevent someone from trying to enter our room again. The hotel should not have allowed anyone to have a keycard to our room and enter it at that hour of the night, and it was hard to sleep comfortably after that happened. I would not recommend anyone to stay at a hotel that is so careless with their guests privacy and safety.
