As an Air Canada employee, I have stayed at many Choice Hotel Locations, but this one was the worst because the location did not have free cleaning of the rooms, eventhough we were told we get a couple for the five days stay and they did not have proper towel exchange. Everything was for an extra fee. In addition there was no AC in the rooms and the lady manager was rude about having two fans in the room, eventhough the second fan was given right in front of her.

I read the reviews of how difficult the hotel is to find, I didn’t think it would be that difficult!! We followed GPS to the address listed on the hotel website but all we found were two locked gates. My son was able to get past the gate (I won’t say how) only to find a construction company but no hotel! We looked at GPS again and could see another building but couldn’t figure out how to get to it. We went around the block, but it backs up to a highway. We tried for about an hour!! I was looking for another hotel! Finally my son just happened upon a postage stamp sized sign(literally) behind a tour bus. At last we found the hotel! Trying to get in was the next challenge since the reservation clerk decided that it was time for his SMOKING BREAK!! Wait and wait 25 minutes and he finally returned. No one else was at the desk while the phones were ringing. S o unprofessional!! Note to future customers: the hotel is on the main road next to the highway viaduct. Don’t use GPS or else contact the hotel and ask for the correct address!
