A guest must be 21 years or older with a valid government issued ID to check in and a credit card or cash deposit will be required at check in for security deposit. Parking is available at a charge of 10.00 USD per guest car per night. Extra parking spots per room are subject to availability. All reservations coming from Choicehotels.com, Expedia.com, Booking.com, and or any other third party sites will require a Pre-payment for the charges of the 1st night within 72 hours of the arrival date. All Advanced Purchase Reservations will be charged in full as soon as the reservation will be made regardless of what date it is made for, and will be Non-Refundable under any circumstances. All complimentary reservations including Choice Privileges Points Reservations, Employee Discount Reservation or Friends/Family Discount Reservations will require a valid credit card on file and a security deposit shall be payable by cash or card upon arrival.
