Dear Quality Inn Team, I would like to express my appreciation for your excellent service during my stay. I am very satisfied with everything — the cleanliness, comfort, and especially the friendliness of your staff. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the employees who helped me, but they always recognized me, greeted me warmly, and made me feel welcome every time I arrived.
