Clean, quiet, comfy

We loved everything about this place. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly (all shifts) and knowledgeable about places to go in the area. Can't beat the location, right in the middle between Siesta Key and downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Felt safe at all time. Rooms are spacious and affordable, breakfast is good and organized. Parking is free. We loved how private the pool and spa area are. If I had to complain about anything it would be the handicap lift in front of the spa. Its an eye sore and very poorly placed. It would be so much better if it were in the back corner of the spa rather than right in front because it blocks the view to the pool from the spa. If your kids are playing while you are in the spa there is no way to see them. Other than that, we cant wait to go back. This will be our new go to hotel whenever we visit Siesta Key.

The young lady at the check-in desk was so pleasant and welcoming. She was extremely helpful about suggesting places to eat. Yvonne, the helper during breakfast, was very nice and friendly. I was impressed about how she tends to the guests and she was so overall hardworking. She assured the food area was spotless and was quick to clean the tables and chairs. The room was comfortable and we were next to a small lake, giving it a nice view.
