St. Augustine stay
The clerk at the reception was very nice....she keep her cool while a customer was being extremely rude to her.
The room was very nice and perfect for our small dog. We really appreciate that.

Great value nice hotel too many pets in room near us
We had a very nice time in St Augustine. Will return to this hotel again. One downside. Room next to us had several large dogs that barked on and off all night. Several guests in the room in and out all night. Weve stayed before and never had this happen. Pricecwas cheap so clientelle sometimes reflects that. Shame because they ruin it for travelers looking for reasonable pet friendly lodging. There should bea limit on amount and size of pets allowed. They had 3 maybe more dogs and a cat and we saw several people in the room coming and going. Kinda creepy looking crew. Sorry but thats not what we expected. Weve stayed here before and never had any issues. Staff nice clean rooms fine.
