Room was good and the remodeled bathroom was great. Hotel itself was mostly quiet. Pros: fast wifi, lots of plugs, comfy bed, clean sleeping and living areas, and mostly quiet. Cons: took over 5min to get hot water, the controls on the tub were backwards (cold was hot and hot was cold), a roach ran across the bathroom floor, no filter on the faucet (sprayed everywhere when completely turned on), we had to clean the drain in the faucet (someone jammed the plastic wrapper of the soap down there), a cigarette hole on sheet, and lack of towels and pillows. Also, the service desk didn't greet me as a Platinum Member. Would have been nice to waiver that early check-in fee (due to my status). I mean, Hilton Hotels do that when someone has status.
