Overall good trip--we have stayed here before. The remodeling and banging due to remodeling were a bit of inconvenience and would have liked to have known that was happening. It would have been a factor on staying there. The air conditioning was not working really good in the room and often times it got very warm. We did see a bug in the room; however, with all the remodeling I am sure there are lot everywhere. The fridge in the room was not great. Maintenance was so very helpful when we needed. Front desk and cleaning crew were also very nice and helpful. This area has a lot to explore and offer.

Was given a handicap room that I dont need. That room was dark and dingy, and on the north side of the building. They switched me to the south side, which was better, but the tub needed to be snaked. The hallways were dark.They kept the lights off. The air conditioners had water running into the hallways. The stairwells were dirty.They needed a good cleaning and paint job. The room itself was okay, it was redone in a razzle dazzle way. LuckyI'm not six feet, my head would be touching the ceiling in the shower. The clock didn't work. The room itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was clean in the pool area, but there were no pool towels. You had to go to the front desk. The coffee machine at the front desk did not work. The lobby was very nice.

Very easy check in. The room was clean and fresh. The pool is a great place to hangout and family friendly with the restaurant attached.
