I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The lobby and hallways consistently had an unpleasant odor—sometimes like cigarette smoke, other times like marijuana, and at times an unidentifiable but uncomfortable smell. The same odor was noticeable in my room.
Additionally, the bed was not comfortable, as the springs could be felt through the mattress. During my two-night stay, I tried to spend as much time as possible outside exploring the city to avoid being in the room. My impression was so negative that I didn’t even feel comfortable trying the breakfast offered.

Poor customer service.
Information is not easily available. Airport shuttle is advertised, but hidden somewhere it says is not all day. I spent almost half of what I spent on thee stay taking an Uber. I called the hotel and they basically told me they didnt care. Called customer service and they didnt care either. I tried to cancel my reservation and they refused. Now, you lost a customer that stays in hotels at least 10 times a month. Customer service is subpar qnd I rather spend more money on a better hotel that treats me with respect
