I Called the location to book a room and was told that I would have to go online to do so. At the time I was driving down the interstate at 9:30 at night about a 3 hours from that destination. So I pulled over and booked a room. Then when I arrived I was told that I would have to pay $15.00 for each parking spot over 1 because I was pulling a trailer with my truck. Nobody disclosed this at any time before. The night attendent walked to the end of the counter and carried back a sign that explained the parking. I was charged for 4 spots ($60.00) and used only 3. When I went back to the night attendent she didin't beleive me and went out to look herself. She came back and the agreed that there should be a $15.00 credit back but her manager would have to do that in the morning. This is at 12:30 a.m. when I checked in. At 5:30 a.m. I went to the front desk to check out (5 hours later) and the same lady said that the manager would refund the $15.00 and would have to email me my reciept when they arrived that morning. As of today 8-10-2025 I have not heard anything from them. As far as the room condition, I would give it a 2 out of 10 only because it has carpet on the floor and not concrete. The toilet seat was very loose (which I told the attedent about) and the room A/C was struggling to cool the room down in which it didn't in the 5 hours I was there. I very dissatisified with the communications and room conditions. If I would'nt have booked the room online I would have walked from this crappy called hotel.

This place was terrible. First, I added a day to our trip and they made my coworkers check out and check back in. Second, I told them I wanted to cover incidentals on the company card and they still required a credit card from my coworkers. Third, the first room both of them were in only had HOT water. I called to address these issues and Maria didn't care. I could feel her shrug her shoulders over the phone; like "oh well". It's West Palm Beach! You would think they would try a little bit harder. Never will our associates stay here again!

They charge me 30.00 dollars extra for check in before 1 pm room was ready just to get extra profits
