My stay at Quality Inn Kissimmee by The Lake was very unpleasant. After a long travel reached the hotel past midnight and the room key didn’t work. I had to walk down to the front desk twice to open the door. Hotel staff told me that they’ll change the door lock device battery next day but they didn’t and I had to have the hotel staff open the door again for me. Third day i told the front desk manager about it and she rudely replied that I didn’t know how to use the key to open the door. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend Quality Inn to anyone.

Unsatisfied
My Tv wasn’t working. Anytime I turned the TV on I had to go through long process of resetting the channels. Complained to front desk. Sent a non English speaking maintenance technician. They said the cable was out, but he got some channels but then turned off and same thing again. It was very disappointing that there was absolutely no Management on the premises.
