The best part of our stay was the desk clerk who checked us in and out. Kristen ( blue hair ). She was always pleasant and welcoming. I would give her a 10
The room and halls smell is why I gave a lower score and the shower curtain rod was dropping so the curtain would not stay closed.

barely ok
the service in the front desk was horrible. she was very unfriendly and unproffessional. she was not service oriented at all. the rooms were smelly and the furniture was not in high quality. the rest was barely ok.
