I had two rings come up missing from my room. I’ve combed through everything I have and they’re gone. I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door the whole time so nobody should have been in the room. At all. I left them on the bathroom counter so I didn’t lose them in the ocean and I noticed they were missing when I packed to come home. And to top it off, the hotel is moldy and needs updating so bad. The ac units were so nasty and the bathrooms had a mildew smell with black splotches around the bathtub and ceiling. It’s trashy and apparently the staff are thieves. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

Room was nice and breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast. I did not like that the jacuzzi did not work, dryer broken, pool room needs to be better insulated. The pool room smelled like strong odor of cholrine, was hot in there, and condensation from not being insulated well the ceiling was sweating/ dripping.

Well I was excited for hot tub but of course it was broken and has been broken they should put that on their site
