It should have been a 9, but my reservation clearly stated a nonsmoking room, when I entered the room it was clearly a smoking room. I called the front desk and asked why, they said i reserved a smoking room, I checked the saved reservation when I returned home, it says non smoking, I will stay again, but only if they give me a non smoking room.
