The place was clean and the people were professional.

My host Jessica, was very responsive to me and my late check in from the airport and reasonable about my deposit Housekeeping was right there When I needed an towel...there is an cute little pool out back... It was an excellent location on an holiday .I was in walking distance from the bridge to downtown ft meyers where there was an major firework display with park and an I hop ....there were stores available because my bag was still at the airport...and an 24/7 speedway gas convenience right on the corner

While it was clean it was very old and need a much needed remodel. Cracks in the sink etc. We had trouble with the light over the sink. It would come on but be flashing like a strobe light or it would not come on at all and then later at night it would come on all of a sudden. We went down the first night to let them know and he said he would have maintenance come. I went down 8 am the next day no one was in the office. I went back later and ladies tried to replace it but was concerned about doing it. So she said she would send maintenance. No one came. We just decided to deal with it.
