Our room hadn’t been vacuumed when we checked in and despite calling down before 6, I wasn’t able to get it vacuumed until 5pm the next day when I caught the maid and requested it. We have a crawling baby so it wasn’t just slightly gross but also dangerous for her. Within two minutes of setting her down in the room she found: multiple crumbs/pea-sized objects, half of a crab claw, and two children’s hair elastics. WiFi was also down, but I had to call the customer service number to find that out because it wasn’t obvious the WiFi was down (the log in page just kept saying it didn’t recognize that I had a reservation) and despite me physically going down to the front desk with my two small children to ask about it, I was told by the front desk staff that they didn’t “recognize the launch page” so there was “nothing they could do to help”. Rooms are not soundproof at all, so we could hear our loud neighbors the second night. And breakfast room is very small and the coffee was very weak. Not the worst hotel stay of my life, but disappointing and won’t be staying again. Kids had fun in the salt water pool but bathroom access was locked so you had to dry off and go inside to get to the bathrooms.

Old fridges that didn't work. Was very tired and had to wait for another fridge to be taking out from other room to the second room I got(both, first and second rooms the fridge wasn't working). Bed was old and not comfortable. Tv Chanel's were limited. Tub was stained and outdated. Breakfast was not good at all( compared to other comfort).
