While the property had some basic amenities, my stay was marked by several disappointing aspects. The breakfast options were quite limited with only one type of fruit and yogurt being available, and there was no oatmeal or variety other than the muffins/bagels. Upon arrival, my room had an overpowering bleach odor that lasted the entire first day, which made it uncomfortable to settle in. The shower lacked a proper enclosure, causing water to spill across the bathroom floor, and several towels provided were already damp, which was unpleasant and concerning. Privacy was another issue; the window coverings were translucent and did not fully block visibility from outside, which made me feel uneasy. Additionally, having the gym located off-site was inconvenient, especially in extreme heat. Interactions with the front desk were frustrating. Specifically, staff responses felt vague and dismissive. One family member faced multiple hurdles trying to correct two booking errors and inaccurate contact details on his account, with little support from reception.

Employees were very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable, the hotel inside and outside was very clean.
