make bed with clean fresh linen after every guest
Beds not freshly made linen had been slept on when asked to remake with fresh linen they sent linen to room by maintaince man and told me to make it. Toilet would not flush took all day to correct that problem. when i pay that much for a room i expect better service.

Home Sweet Home
Front desk staff very professional and offered plan to leave our vehicle at hotel and take shuttle to and from the cruise port. That was an awesome plan that I questioned on the drive to port Canaveral. Thank you for that. The room was clean and comfortable. Look forward to my next stay.
