Buena ubicación y excelente trato para los huéspedes

On Saturday 8/2 I left my room around 11am. I returned later in the day around 7pm and my door was left open from room service. I told the person working behind the counter and he did not seem to care at all. I am not happy with this whatsoever as I had many belongings that could have easily been stolen. I felt that I might as well just not gotten a room and left all of my items outside since they were all easily accessible.

We have always chosen Choice Hotels for our drives between Wisconsin and North Carolina. During check-in, we were given the usual instructions to access the free Wi-Fi. In our room, it was impossible to login. When I spoke to the desk clerk, he mentioned that there were three routers in the hotel and we should pick the one with the most bars (that info at check-in would have been helpful). I tried to login using all 3 routers while sitting in the lobby. No success with multiple attempts utilizing the three networks. I gave up and returned to my room after mentioning to the desk clerk that the internet was still not working. Maybe, we'll watch some TV before we go to bed. Numerous times the broadcast was interrupted with a message about poor signal or loose connections. The website for this hotel mentioned a seasonal pool. Being the beginning of August and recent temperatures in the 80s, I assumed the pool would be in use. The scum and debris in the pool made it obvious that the pool hadn't been in use or even maintained. Will be looking to stay at another hotel chain on future trips.
