Had issues with TV and remote connectivity, staff did their best to remedy situation but was not able to fully address the matter. Staff was able to get us streaming services, but not the live tv. Pool entrance could not be accessed with hotel key due to issues with the door reader, had to go to the front desk and let in by front desk attendant. While we enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities, there was a strong chemical smell on our clothes left long after our clothes have dried.
