They have made many new upgrades and are still improving. It's a great place to stay and has many returning customers.

The room was not clean the sheets wer stained and torn the air was not cold . And breakfast sucked

There was a "WAD" of toilet paper (or tissue) that at one time was wet and allowed to dry (paper mache') in the middle of the shower floor. There was also quite a bit of long blong hair covering the drain. (It could be clearly seen from across the bathroom while sitting on the toilet!) And the final straw was the plastic cover from a razor near the drain in the shower. If a housekeeping person took the time to neatly put the curtain folded behind the handicap bar and didn't bother to clean the rest, SHAME on her and the bosses who don't know or care, how bad their staff is doing! We ended up not being able to use the shower at all. That in itself, is gross for us and friends we were traveling with! I asked for an extra pillow later that night as the ones on the bed, were literally FLAT. Night clerk said "We don't have extra pillows." What? I took a picture of the shower floor. On checkout, I showed the desk clerk, who shrugged his shoulders! I then asked for the manager and after he went in the back, he came out and said "He's not here." Why did he need to go in the back to check that? He doesn't know if his boss is there? A bit suspicious to me. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, or recommend it to anyone. In fact, I would suggest they STAY AWAY!
