Our room could have been cleaner. The cover was off the bathroom ceiling fan and it looked very dirty. A spider up near ceiling in a corner. Ice bucket with bits of a previous person's trash, mini-fridge with discolored thick built up frost in the top freezer section. The toilets used very little water to flush, consequently, we clogged ours at one point. Front desk told me to talk to the housekeeping staff. I found them and they handed me a plunger. I politely tried to plunge it myself (I wasn't used to the plunger style they gave me and had a touch time making it work after 5 minutes). I asked for their help, but they came, flushed it and said it seemed fine (at the time, it seemed OK, but then later it clogged again). The second time it clogged was 10pm in the evening. The front desk person said he would just move us to a different room. After a 3 day stay , we were pretty entrenched in our room and it took us a while to move all of our stuff (included a fridge 1/2 full of food) to the new room--definitely a hassle.

TV didn't work. Had to have front desk reprogram it. Then only got 4 channels and was told not to turn it off if wanted it on in the morning

Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable
