Cleanliness of the room
They served rotten fruits, the room is not clean at all because of the floor and the toilet there's a pee stained please management do something. If you're selling rooms please do make sure that your room's are cleaned before you sale it. Please do communicate with your housekeeping department as well so they don't keep knocking the door while the guest still sleeping i already put the sign the the door. If you think the guest still in their room communicate with the receptionist and asked if the guest is going to extend their stay. I know this is not a 5 star hotel but you are in the hospitality industry.
