Bed bugs in 1 room tv not working in the second room they finally got it right after the 3rd time

This hotel has always done us right. The entire staff is great but a special shoutout to Haleigh who was awesome. We gave her a hard time all weekend (playfully) and she was always upbeat and was happy to help. Need more employees like her in the world.

Even though I requested early check-in when I arrived early(Friday 4 AM) and told the women that I requested it she didn't recognize it and also she was seem to be on drugs or something as during our entire conversation she was shaky not standing straight while talking to me moving a lot and she had slurred speech. So I decided not to do early check in with her as she was changing my original reservation and could have charged me extra fees. On the day of my original check in, I went for check in around 7 pm and the lady working there was also very rude and unable to explain me why she was putting an additional amount on my card which was different than my reservation. When I asked about it she said it's just few cent difference and why can't I not pay that, while the difference was literally of dollars amount. I found that was very unprofessional. Another issue was that the room I was given was not locked properly so my entire stay I felt unsafe. The only Good side of it was my check out experience, the affrican american gentleman working there was very professional and respectful.
