as a gold choice member i am both utterly disappointed as well as disgusted . The WiFi didn’t work, the rooms although strict on non smoking policy , smelled smoked in upon arrival . Also upon arrival the room was well over 83 degrees as the AC unit was off (which never cooled throughout stay), the gold member parking spots as well as a grand portion of handicap parking spot are completely blocked with down limbs. The rooms are filthy and half cleaned . My son fell sick with heavy congestion and allergic complications on Saturday of our stay only to inspect that My UNIT HAD HEAVY MOLD in the unit as well as on the carpet surrounding the unit. I have pictures and evidence of everything. The breakfast consisted of slices of light bread , bruised oranges , hot water and butter slices.i am a proof choice member and due to this being a consecutive repeat offense amongst my quality stays i will never risk my money here again. There needs to be accountability taken place regarding the both the cleanliness of the property as well as the general operational standards .

Room was adequate but the breakfast was barely average both days. Looked like 3 different cereals combined into 1.
