My 2 pair of shoes were stolen by one of the housekeepers. And I called to report her but never received a call back from anyone at the hotel so I won't ever stay there again.

Poor customer service, my bill was not correct and it took a half hour to get checked in, when I questioned them about the price I booked the room for and what they charged me they said well it’s just a couple dollars I don’t see what the big deal is

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I have been staying here for a little over a week now. Everything is local here for shopping and eating which is huge for me. The staff at the hotel have been super friendly and have become almost like family at this point. I enjoy seeing them everyday as they smile and laugh with me. They are very welcoming and some give me hugs and welcome me to the neighborhood and let me know where to shop if i'm ever unsure. They always ask if there is anything I need and anyway they can help me. Their food is delicious at breakfast and their rooms are clean. The staff make me feel safe and secure here. I never worry when they are around. I will always stay here when I have to. This place feels like my second home. Thank you to all the staff here for all you have done for me over this past week and a half. I'm going to be sad to leave but will definitely be back to visit for sure. All hotels should have these types of amazing staff members. 10/10
